摘要: Selecting a method from set of methods transcoding digital video data, the data being transferable between at least two communication apparatuses via network, including, for each method, obtaining distortion value mathematical model establishing taking into account applied to information representing content signal represented by be transcoded, and selecting as function different values obtained methods, including types type selected one plurality reducing spatial resolution, re-quantization frame rate.
