摘要: Multi-target, short time, and resource-affordable methodologies for the detection of multiple nucleic acids in a single, easy to operate test are urgently needed disease diagnosis, microbial monitoring, genetically modified organism (GMO) detection, forensic analysis. We have previously described platform called CALM (Capillary Array-based Loop-mediated isothermal amplification Multiplex visual acids). Herein, we describe improved fabrication performance processes this platform. Here, apply small, ready-to-use cassette assembled by capillary array multiplex acids. The is pre-treated into hydrophobic hydrophilic pattern before fixing loop-mediated (LAMP) primer sets capillaries. After assembly loading adaptor, LAMP reaction mixture loaded isolated each capillary, due force single pipetting step. reactions performed parallel results visually read out illumination with hand-held UV flashlight. Using platform, demonstrate monitoring 8 frequently appearing elements genes GMO samples high specificity sensitivity. In summary, herein intended facilitate believe it will be widely applicable fields where high-throughput acid analysis required.
