摘要: The paper presents a multi-agent solution for dynamic combination of several artificial neural networks used image recognition. As opposed to the existing methods there is introduced dispatcher agent that provides prelaunch matching possible pro-active identification algorithms through competition. proposed was implemented solve problem stream processing photo images produced by number distributed cameras using an intelligent mobile application. It probated and utilized in practice capture results electrical meters are manually monitored group patrol personnel inspectors hand held devices. Prelaunch architecture allowed increasing quality digits recognition various depending on operating conditions.
