摘要: A ring+tree architecture for optical intranetwork data transmission between different users is presented. The nodes at the ring contain a packet envelope detection to extract wavelength-dependent control signal semiconductor amplifier-based Mach-Zehnder interferometer (SOA-MZI) switch. scalability of and feasibility field deployment are discussed. tree split 1:1000 has been found be compatible with over 50 hops.
