摘要: Predictive assay research aims to measure aspects of biology relevant for the radiotherapy cancer so that treatment future patients can be individualized. The current status in this area is summarized with an emphasis on recent developments high-throughput technologies, which are revolutionizing our ability predict patient response and starting identify common genetic variants associated susceptibility radiation-induced cancers.
