摘要: This study is conducted within the IS-Impact Research Track at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). The goal is, “to develop most widely employed model for benchmarking information systems in organizations joint benefit both research and practice” (Gable et al, 2006). defined as “a measure a point time, stream net benefits from IS, to date anticipated, perceived by all key-user-groups” Sedera Chan, 2008). efforts have yielded bicameral measurement model; “impact” half includes Organizational-Impact Individual-Impact dimensions; “quality” System-Quality Information-Quality dimensions. model, design, intended be robust, simple generalizable, yield results that are comparable across stakeholders, different system contexts. approach employ perceptual measures an instrument relevant key stakeholder groups, thereby enabling combination or comparison perspectives. Such validated accepted has academic practical value. It facilitates systematic operationalization main dependent variable (IS-Impact), which can also serve important independent variable. For IS management practice it provides means benchmark track performance use.
