摘要: High growth temperatures induced a substantial increase in the thermal stability of photosynthetic apparatus Atriplex lentiformis. This was manifested as much reduced inhibition light-saturated photosynthesis and initial slope light-dependence curves by exposure to high compared moderate temperature-grown plants. Heat treatment at 46 C leaves from plants resulted marked reduction photosystem II activities chloroplasts isolated them. In contrast, heat no activities. vivo estimates functioning, 515 nm light-induced absorbance change, ratio maximum fluorescence (F(0)/F(max)) indicated similar
