摘要: Operations management (OM) and human resources (HRM) historically have been very separate fields. In practice, operations managers resource interact primarily on administrative issues regarding payroll other matters. academia, the two subjects are studied by communities of scholars publishing in disjoint sets journals, drawing mostly disciplinary foundations. Yet, intimately related at a fundamental level. context that often explains or moderates effects activities such as pay, training, communications, staffing.
