摘要: Optimal conditions for the supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) extraction of glycyrrhizin from licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) were investigated, with an emphasis on types and levels modifiers. The morphology tissue remaining after scCO2 was examined by scanning electron microscopy, coupled measurements absolute density. Conventional organic solvent also carried out purpose quantitative comparison. At 50 MPa 60°C could not be extracted pure scCO2, while a considerable amount when water added to as modifier. highest recovery found about 97% 70% aqueous methanol at concentration 15%. optimal pressure temperature fluid observed 30 60°C, respectively. Under these conditions, percentage attained maximum value 102.67±1.13% within 60 min. Furthermore, in case modified methanol, obtained severely degraded excessive swelling, density residues highest.
