摘要: The effects of cholesterol sulfate and sodium dodecyl (SDS) on the esterification in sonicated dispersions lecithin-cholesterol mixtures by acyltransferase [EC 2.3.1.43] (LCAT) human plasma were studied vitro. activity was inhibited at concentrations higher than 1 X 10(-4) M. This inhibition not eliminated addition bovine serum albumin or CaC12. On contrary, stimulated SDS ranging from 10(-5) M to 10(-3) M, maximum stimulation obtained 5 disappeared (30 mg per ml incubation medium), CaC12 sulfate. other hand, extent affected amount lecithin dispersion added as a substrate, but (5 SDS) interfered with when large present dispersion. In addition, required for These results suggest that action is different SDS.
