摘要: Abstract For obtaining reliable results of a chemical analysis, the method analysis must be validated first, before it can used routinely in QC-laboratory. Therefore availability an acceptable transfer analytical to QC-laboratory is very essential. Assessment accuracy improved by applying concept profile, which derived from uncertainty results. Selectivity most important parameter for univariate calibration. This present review summarized and discussed some new aspects validation have been recently published.
