摘要: Nanomaterials are now routinely used in technical as well medical applications. The very physicochemical properties that favor nanomaterial application the prime cause these materials cannot be considered "generally safe." We still far from predicting toxicological profile of new nanoparticles, despite continuous attempts to establish a structure-function relation between physical and chemical nanoparticles their interactions with biological systems. Herein, we summarize some basic concept assess nanoparticle toxicity, death pathways, cell cycle, oxidative stress response exposure cells.
