摘要: Summary The concentration of some water-soluble vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, pantothenic acid) and sugars (glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose) in the exudates roots maize seedlings grown for 5 days under sterile conditions nutrient solution, with or without glass-ballotini, was determined related to whole plant, root dry matter total exudate. amounts released were high enough a pronounced influence on rhizosphere microflora be expected. There clear tendency increased exudation as well medium glass ballotini (simulating soil structure) comparison pure solution. In addition, exudate about threefold. not exuded same relative they appear tissue. composition influenced by physical structure medium.
