摘要: Fish usually show increased tolerance to metals in solution if previously given an opportunity acclimate near lethal concentrations of the metal, and has been correlated with increase tissue metallothionein (MT). The purposes tests described this paper were: (1) investigate potential for zinc; (2) evaluate correlations between liver MT level; (3) go beyond simple one-step acclimation by increasing level as developed; (4) measure loss following transfer acclimated fish control water; (5) determine zinc led copper cadmium.
