摘要: Summary Regaining a stable sitting posture after stroke is emphasised as an important aim of physiotherapy. A clinical rating scale for balance was developed based on visual observation balance, and trunk activity in five different positions. The interrater agreement using this instrument investigated with 27 patients. Different results were found categories items the kappa statistic. With regard to assessment patients' ability high reliability found. However, there low between raters concerning quality performance. Further work needed improve scale's validity.
