摘要: Oxyhemoglobin dissociation curves measure the most important function of red blood cells - affinity for oxygen and its delivery to tissues. This may be deranged in sickle cell anemia some other hemoglobinopathies. An automated oxyhemoglobin curve analyzer constructed 55 patients with hemoglobinopathies 24 control subjects while maintaining constant temperature pH.
