摘要: A novel carbon and copper fibre knitted fabric (Cf/Cu) reinforced contact strip (Cf/Cu–C) was fabricated by pyrolytic deposition resin impregnation–carbonisation process. The interface characteristics of the composite were characterised a scanning electron microscope metallographic microscope; resistivity, mechanical strength wear properties with electric current also investigated. results indicated that Cf/Cu–C material density 1.73 g cm− 3 combined quite well between phase contacting areas for each interface. With resistivity 10.16 μΩ m bending 123 MPa, as prepared outperformed present AR129 (density, 1.70 g cm− 3, 33 μΩ m; strength, 40 MPa). mechanisms proved to be slightly arc erosion abrasive wear.
