摘要: I evaluate the effectiveness of eco-labeling programs that are designed to mitigate transboundary environmental problems. A simple two-country model is considered, where consumers in each country value a common resource. It shown that, equilibrium, level damage independent whether one or both countries have policies. Hence, implementation an existing program by second may no effect, very limited on stock The result highlights potential limitations policies this international context.
