摘要: A simple and convenient method for the synthesis of nitrogen-doped carbon dots (N-CDs) was reported. Layers N-CDs ferrocene@β-cyclodextrin (Fc@β-CD) host–guest complex were deposited on a glassy electrode (GCE) which used highly selective sensitive detection uric acid (UA). Under optimal conditions, compared to bare, N-CD Fc@β-CD modified electrodes, Fc@β-CD/N-CD/GCE had higher catalytic activity toward oxidation UA. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) as analytical technique UA, observed linear range determination UA concentration from 5 μM 120 with limit estimated be 0.08 (3S/N). Meanwhile, it applied determine in spiked samples satisfactory results.
