摘要: The current state of water resource management and planning in Latin American Caribbean countries is described discussed. analysis based on the most recent studies this subject, which provide elements such as updated duly verified information legislative, institutional organizational reality region. Integrated resources has been characterized by a great diversity legal approaches, including long debates bills constant proposals to amend few laws force (Dourojeanni & Jouravlev, 2002.) Some Mexico Chile have more successful achieving important goals. However, Continuity time appropriate coverage are still required, they both lacking for now.
