摘要: That procreation is a basic human right, with which the state has no business meddling, today dominant view among Western genetics professionals, bioethicists, and journalists. In their perspective, reproductive genetic services should aim at increasing choices available to women. Since choice right or wrong, clinicians be scrupulously neutral in dealings clients. Any other approach constitutes “eugenics.”
