摘要: We examined the effects of UV B radiation on14C-uptake rates and carbon assimilation into major end-products photosynthesis green algaScenedesmus in presence absence triazine herbicide simetryn. Experiments were conducted using both a herbicide-susceptible herbicide-tolerant strains ofScenedesmus. Three different UV-B dose used as well light control. The lowest rate was almost same level subsurface ponds lakes, while other two slightly lower higher than natural sunlight on surface respectively. Total uptake of14C not reduced by irradiation alone even at highest rate. However, herbicide, clearly concomitant with increasing concentrations strain. On hand, proportion lipid fraction all treatments strain herbicide. In strain, affected or These facts indicated that could be smaller predicted. It may important to examine combined anthropogenic and/or stresses for assessing actual field.
