摘要: Total lower lip reconstructions are challenging procedures because of poor aesthetic and functional outcomes limited availability donor tissues that anatomically imitate the lip. We hereby report free neurotendinofasciocutaneous anterolateral thigh composite flap as a new reconstructive option.
