摘要: Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) is the current therapy of choice for several malignancies and severe autoimmune diseases. Graft versus host disease (GVHD) major complication associated with BMT. T lymphocytes other leukocytes migrate into target organs during GVHD, become activated mediate tissue damage. Chemokines are well known inducers leukocyte trafficking activation contribute to pathogenesis GVHD. Here, we review animal models used study GVHD role chemokines in mediating damage these models. The molecules promoting potential beneficial effects graft, especially graft leukaemia, also discussed. Finally, various pharmacological strategies block chemokine system or downstream signalling events context
