摘要: Summary Although several political and territorial conflicts exist in Northeast Asia, post‐Cold War relations the region are best they have been history. Energy development projects, such as Siberian natural gas pipeline crossing borders, commenced with initial discussion among experts from Russia, China, Mongolia, Korea, Japan. The potential consumption for resources Irkutsk, Sakha offshore Sakhalin is great, if supply cost economically competitive.
