摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the effects of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UCMSC) transplantation, alone or in combination with tanshinone IIA (Tan IIA) on hepatic cirrhosis rats. Methods A rat model was established. Rats were divided into control, UCMSC, and UCSMC plus Tan groups. UCMSC group injected via tail vein 0.2 mL DiI-labeled suspension. Intraperitoneal injections (20 mg/kg) started day transplantation group, continued for 7 consecutive days thereafter. sacrificed 1 day, 3 days, month, months after numbers UCMSCs colonizing liver determined. Albumin (ALB) alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels measured venous blood, mRNA protein expression ALB cytokeratin (CK)-18 tissues determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction western blotting, respectively. Results Serum ALT significantly lower serum higher rats compared control ( P Conclusion Human transplanted can grow differentiate hepatocyte-like cells resulting improved function vivo. further influenced outcomes.
