摘要: Methamphetamine (Meth) is a highly addictive psychostimulant associated with enhanced sexual desire, arousal, and pleasure. Moreover, Meth abuse frequently linked the practice of risk behavior increased prevalence human immunodeficiency virus. Currently, there lack studies investigating effects on maladaptive under controlled experimental settings in animal studies. The overall objective current study was to examine various aspects male including sex-seeking behavior. First, dose–response curve (0, 1, 2, 4 mg/kg; s.c.) motivation performance conducted sexually naive experienced rats.
