摘要: Based on pioneering works by Sciama and Kibble to extend Einstein-Cartan theory of gravity we give a new derivation for the cosmic energy density. It is argued that ‘t Hooft-Veltman Wilson method renormalization implies relativity fractal spacetime at quantum scale dark density E(D) = 95.5 percent. further revealed similar conclusions could be made using A.C. Eringen’s nonlocal elasticity. Finally wider philosophical implication discussed.
