摘要: The present invention is related to an assay strip C compatible with multi-well plate format and adaptable upon a frame D of for performing biological reaction between capture target molecules, comprising: - (A) consisting at least two wells (2), preferably eight each well (2) having external bottom surface, surrounded by o-ring 1 mm high, flat inner surface (5) which molecules are immobilized, open top (3), adapted receive cap (6), rough wherein the said linked other attach(es) (4), (B) comprising caps (9) located part (7) (6) comprises one inlet channel (10) outlet (11), channels (10, 11) in depression (15) on (B), side walls comprise pad (14) seal inside form chamber height less than five even has coefficient thermal expansion higher (2).
