摘要: An adaptive resource indexing and lookup method for a customer self service system that performs search selection includes library having selectable resources. The steps of: receiving current user query requesting resources; context vector associated with the query, comprising data associating an interaction state user; mapping each to sub-set of resources from library; and, generating response set including are most relevant user's query. function implementing supervised learning algorithm is applied increasing value results in their enhancing optimizing performance functions by relevance specificity queries
