摘要: Trace analysis of active ingredients such as pesticides becomes difficult if these compounds cannot be properly determined by gas chromatography because thermolability or HPLC a lack chromophors within their molecules for specific detection conventional detectors. In cases, and dervatization the analyte is to avoided, coupling liquid chromatographic separation system with mass spectrometer would solution problem.
