摘要: The present invention relates to novel alternative forms of human acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and nucleotide sequences encoding the same. genes AChE have been identified in various malignant tumor cells. In a further aspect, transgenic animal assay system for evaluating efficacy drugs against cholinergic proteins, prior or course therapeutic treatment. Transgenic animals, preferably developing tadpole Xenopus mice which express AChE, are used. is also useful toxicity substances potentially block (e.g. organophosphorous compounds).
