摘要: A method and apparatus using Virtual Circuit Switching (VCS) in a new scheme are provided for allocating employing resources by combining (CS) Packet (PS), which base station allocates of dedicated channel the CS to user then transmits data on channel. When is not transmitted user, allocated shared different user. Therefore, system capacity can be increased waste communication minimized wireless frequently transmitting small amount traffic that sensitive delay time.
