Gold versus silver catalyzed intramolecular hydroarylation reactions of [(3-arylprop-2-ynyl)oxy]benzene derivatives

摘要: The scope and the generality of gold versus silver catalyzed intramolecular hydroarylation reactions 3-[(3-arylprop-2-ynyl)oxy]benzene derivatives in terms rings substitution were investigated. Only products deriving from 6-endo cyclization exclusively formed. features substituents had a considerable effect on reaction outcome presence catalysis, whereas catalysis revealed unique blend reactivity selectivity represented only choice for starting substrates bearing electron deficient arenes.
