摘要: The healing process of totally cut and subsequently re sutured rabbit flexor tendons kept isolated in the knee joint cavity free synovial fluid was studied by histological ultrastructural techniques. This experimental model represents a "tissue culture situ," where tendon is nourished diffusion from only no adhesions are formed. Under these conditions there proliferation cells deposition collagen resulting bridging suture line. On basis findings, it assumed that possess an intrinsic potential repair, provided they obtain sufficient nutritional supply. In present model, this nutrition way diffusional pathways fluid.
