摘要: Alloys and intermetallic compounds of Au with the 3d transition metals Fe, Co, Ni are nonequilibrium phases that have many useful potential applications as catalytic, magnetic, optic, multifunctional magneto-optic materials. However, atomically ordered Au−M (M = Ni) intermetallics particularly elusive from a synthetic standpoint. Here we report low-temperature solution synthesis L12 (Cu3Au-type) Au3Fe, Au3Co, Au3Ni using n-butyllithium reducing agent. Reaction pathway studies for Au3Co system indicate nucleates first, followed by Co incorporation to form intermetallic. The nanocrystals been characterized powder XRD, TEM, EDS, selected area electron diffraction, nanobeam which collectively confirm compositions superlattice structures.
