摘要: Abstract Oilseed rape ( Brassica napus L.) is a crop plant characterized by poor nitrogen (N) use efficiency that mainly due to low N remobilization during the sequential leaf senescence of vegetative stage. As high was strongly linked proteins rapeseed, our objective identify senescence-associated protease activities implicated in protein degradation. To reach this goal, processes and were investigated mature becoming senescent plants subjected ample or nitrate supply. The characterization performed using vitro analysis RuBisCO degradation with without inhibitors specific classes followed activity profiling activity-dependent probes. expected, became regardless treatment, limitation enhanced associated an soluble proteins. revealed that: (i) aspartic proteases proteasome active supply, (ii) serine particularly cysteine (Papain-like Cys vacuolar processing enzymes) increased when accelerated limitation. Short statement: Serine (both PLCPs VPEs) seem play crucial role efficient oilseed
