Clinical prediction of insightful response to a single large dose of LSD

摘要: Twenty psychiatric inpatients were given a single 2.5 mcg/kg intravenous dose of LSD in the context prolonged interview session after preliminary clinical study and indoctrination. Insightful responses, as rated from tape recordings, found more frequently patients with characteristics psychopathic personality than other types patients. No responders less 22 years age. A attempt to use methamphetamine comparison drug showed that it was easily distinguishable by observation, Jarvik Questionnaire Bender-Gestalt score changes, randomly selected brief samples recorded verbalization.
