摘要: 1. 1. Twenty-five named species and varieties of Phlebotomus are recorded from the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan, methods which have been used in collecting described. 2. 2. Observations on distribution, bionomics, colouration, feeding habits other matters. 3. 3. Flagellates undergoing “anterior” development found specimens P. langeroni var. orientalis had fed a case post-kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis. 4. 4. A vast subterranean environment is described exists Sudan plains constituted by holes cracks ground. It suggested that this main habitat sandflies wilderness.
