摘要: Abstract Objectives To suggest and discuss an integrative medicine model for stroke patients, we introduce our experience in Korea, describe treatment modalities used Korean medicine, present safety data on care. Summary For inpatients, management is applied at the request of primary physician with consent patients or their families. In acute stage, neurologists neurosurgeons take charge as physicians. doctors cooperate secondary physicians to neurosurgeons. After responsibilities are exchanged. The rehabilitation program conducted under supervision doctors. most frequently complementary alternative acupuncture (including manual acupuncture, electroacupuncture intradermal acupuncture), moxibustion, herbal prescriptions, point injection. Conclusion Based field experiences, believe it worthwhile continue efforts integrate Western medicine.
