摘要: In this paper, we introduce a concise and concrete definition of an accurate colon centerline provide efficient automatic means to extract the its associated branches (caused by forceful touching small bowel or deep fold in twisted lumen). We further discuss applications on fly-through path planning endoscopic simulation, as well potential solve challenging collapse problems virtual colonoscopy. Experimental results demonstrated centeredness, robustness, efficiency.
