摘要: Prostate cancer is mostly diagnosed at an early stage; however, some tumors are in a metastatic stage as of unknown primary origin. In order to allow specific treatment the case prostate presenting origin, it important determine tumor Prostate-specific antigen used diagnostic marker for but expression declines with progression castration-resistant cancer. Aim this study was identify most informative constellation, which able detect high sensitivity. The widely markers such prostate-specific antigen, acid phosphatase, androgen receptor, membrane prostein, and ETS-related gene were investigated their sensitivity prostatic origin metastases. Expression determined on archived tissue specimens consisting benign (n=9), (n=79), lymph node metastases (n=58), distant (n=39) using immunohistochemistry. staining intensity categorized negative (0), weak (1), moderate (2), strong (3). All except least 70% metastases, having highest (97%, 91%, 94%, respectively). A further increase up 98% 100% could be achieved by combination or receptor respectively. same reached combining prostein. Our data show that combined two should utilized originating from
