摘要: This present work was aimed at fabrication of brushite crystals using oil-in-water high internal phase emulsion as a reaction medium. The oil more than 75 wt.% dispersed in the continuous aqueous phase. Due to volume fraction, droplets were no longer spherical but squeezed take shape polyhedral. morphology influenced by structure and precursor concentration. subjected cytotoxicity test ensure their compatibility with synoviocytes, which are cells that line knee joints rabbits. able sustain for 5 days, manifest potential osteoconductive coatings.
