摘要: This dissertation is focused on understanding and controlling of surface properties graphene graphite. Four specific topics are presented: 1) study the intrinsic wettability graphene; 2) minimize airborne hydrocarbon contamination graphitic during storage; 3) investigate anti-corrosion performance a long-term ambient oxidation process at room temperature; 4) catalytic effect copper substrate atmospheric high temperature. All results have important implications for characterization, processing, storage (graphite) samples related devices. Specifically, chapter 2 reports its storage. work overturned long-held view that surfaces (including graphite) hydrophobic. In 3, efforts been made to adsorption surfaces, this aimed maintaining property graphite over long period air exposure. Chapter 4 5 elucidate mutual interactions between exposure as well closely potential application an film metallic substrates.
