摘要: There is increasing evidence that leptin affects immune responses and in the absence of leptin, immunity suboptimal. Most data so far indicate increases proinflammatory by an effect on T cells macrophages. Here we show that, under certain circumstances, can inhibit cell proliferative responses. Separation responding into different subpopulations revealed interesting heterogeneity cellular behavior naive memory were differentially affected leptin. The anti-CD3-driven proliferation was inhibited whereas markedly enhanced. Despite inhibition cells, their production interferon-gamma substantially increased. These vitro. However, despite this proliferation, cytokines significantly enhanced findings demonstrated here further complexity actions system.
