摘要: Abstract Specific molecularly imprinted polymers for dencichine were developed the first time in this study by bulk polymerization using phenylpyruvic acid and dl -tyrosine as multi-templates. The photographs confirmed that prepared N , ′-methylene diacrylamide cross-linker glycol dimethyl ether porogen displayed excellent hydrophilicity. Selectivity, adsorption isotherm kinetics investigated. sample loading-washing-eluting solvent was optimized to evaluate property of solid phase extract. Compared with LC/WCX-SPE, water-compatible extraction more specific performance. extracted from Panax notoginseng purity 98.5% average recovery 85.6% ( n  = 3) obtained.
