摘要: A quantitative analysis has cast doubt over the limited advantages provided by particles for nose-to-brain (NTB) drug delivery. Thus, it is imperative to identify role of nanovehicles in NTB If nanocarriers are used merely as an option improve various properties drugs or formulations, difficult them outperform conventional such solutions gels. However, bring about special features, maintenance solubilized state drugs, sustained delayed release, and enhanced penetration because surface modifications, all which lead delivery efficiency.
