摘要: It is found that a rapid cooling structure effective to improve overwrite characteristics of phase change type optical disk media. For structure, thin A1N dielectric layer, 30 nm, with high thermal conductivity suitable. The layer adopted between the active and reflective metal in quadrilayer structure. rate calculated be 12°C/nsec. This shows clear amorphous marks. A using GeTe–Sb2Te3–Sb ,alloy 20 nm has produced two million cycle stable bit error characteristics.1) And erasability having goes up more than dB rather wide plateau region power dependency.
