摘要: The total white blood cell count is valuable guide in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of various childhood illnesses. This chapter discusses disorders cells. Some major cells caused by leukocytes are leukopenia, neutropenia, monocytosis monocytopenia, basophilia, neutrophilia. causes, clinical manifestations, treatments also discussed. Two leukocyte function adhesion deficiency type I II. Normal mean eosinophil circulating 400/mm3. clonal nonclonal causes eosinophils allergic disorders, immunologic skin parasitic infestation, hematologic irradiation, gastrointestinal disorders. Familial eosinophilia an autosomal dominant disorder. Chronic infectious mononucleosis used for patients who have chronic relapsing illness fatigue, myalgia, adenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, mild pharyngitis, intermittent fever, absence known predisposing cause or illness. antiviral drugs, intravenous immunoglobulin, chemotherapy, anti CD20 commonly treatment.
