摘要: DNA repair and aging are two phenomena closely connected to each other. The poly(ADP ribosyl)ation reaction has been implicated in both of them. Poly(ADP ribose) was originally discovered as an enzymatic product after damage. Soon it became evident that is necessary for regulation different pathways.
